“There is no friend as loyal as a book.”
– Ernest Hemingway, American novelist
And I cannot agree more to the quote mentioned above. There are days when I would return home after a hectic day at work only to find out that there’s too little time left to hang out with friends, and I cannot sacrifice a good sleep after a busy day at work.
So what do I do? I grab a book, have my dinner and read through the pages until I fall asleep. Believe me, my friend, this is by far the best therapy and rejuvenation I have ever come across. There’s a sea of knowledge to gain and talk about when you have a good book to read. It’s the best form of conversation and a never-ending learning process.
So, here I am with an amazing list of good reads for you, make sure you have read them or make it a point to explore these fine pieces of art before finishing college. Happy reading!

Making A’s in College: What Top College Students Know About Getting Straight A’s – by Sandra U. Gibson, James R. Gibson
In addition to reading good books, college students should also focus on improving their grades, overcoming all academic odds and shortcomings associated with projects, so that a last-minute hustle for assignment help and exam pressure doesn’t get the better of them.
This is the reason why I have shortlisted this book and considered sharing the same with you guys. Dr. Sandra Gibson had been a full-time professor of study skills and helped many students succeed in their academic field through classes, personal interaction, help, and workshops. So, you can expect to have the best assistance coming from someone who knows what works in college.
And before signing off, I would like to mention that there’s no perfect alternative to a good book and you shouldn’t look for one as long as you have pages to read, stories to discover, and facets to know.
Whenever you are reading a book, you’re actually allowing a part of your soul to grow and expand the horizon of your knowledge. Broader the perspective, better your life would appear to be. Cheers!
