Mango Mule with Fresh Cucumber and Lime

Ingredients:
2 tbsp honey
10 ml fresh lime juice
90 ml mango puree
60 ml fresh cucumber juice
Ginger ale, for topping
Method:
- Blend together the fresh cucumber juice, mango puree, honey, and fresh lime juice.
- Pour halfway into a tall glass along with ice cubes.
- Top with ginger ale.
- Serve chilled.
Tip: If you can’t find ginger ale, use regular club soda.
Banana Delight with Coconut Water and Pineapple Juice

Ingredients:
5 ml cinnamon syrup
90 ml pineapple juice
Chopped dates, for garnishing
120 ml coconut water
60 ml date puree
1 banana, peeled
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients together along with ice cubes.
- Pour into a tall glass and garnish with chopped dates.
- Serve chilled.
Tip: Replace coconut water with fresh lime juice for a tangy version.
Orange Punch with Kaffir Lime and Vanilla Syrup

Ingredients:
90 ml orange juice
30 ml sweet and sour mix
10 ml vanilla syrup
4-5 kaffir lime leaves
1 Â orange peeled and segmented
Method:
- Muddle together the orange segments and kaffir lime leaves.
- Add to a mason jar with ice cubes, vanilla syrup, and sweet and sour mix.
- Top with the orange juice.
- Serve chilled.
Tip: Add slivers of fresh ginger for a spicy kick.
