Rub petroleum jelly on the insides of your new shoes and let it absorb overnight. This softens the material and reduces the chances of a shoe bite.

Use the solution as a natural insect repellent and spray it in spaces where ants attack.

Cumin seeds can treat mild insomnia. They contain melatonin, which when consumed with mashed bananas, increases the production of sleep-inducing chemicals in the body.
