Jazz Up Your Drink

It’s easy as pie to make a water infusion – easier, actually!

Just mix everything in a jug and refrigerate for a couple of hours infused with all the flavors.

Sip it through the day, but remember to keep it chilled since you’re using raw ingredients.

#1 Orange, Blueberry and Mint detox water

1 litre water

2 firm oranges, sliced

1 cup blueberries

5-6 mint leaves

#2 Apple and Cinnamon

1 litre water

2 apples, sliced

1 cinnamon stick

 

#3 Cucumber, Lime, Mint, and Ginger

1 litre water

2 limes, sliced

2 cucumbers, sliced

1 tbsp fresh ginger, chopped

5-6 fresh mint leaves

Cucumber, Lime, Mint, and Ginger

 

#4 Kiwi, Watermelon, and Mint

2-3 kiwis, sliced

½ watermelon, cubed

5-6 mint leaves

 

#5 Grapefruit, Orange, and Mint

1 litre water

2 firm oranges, sliced

½ grapefruit, sliced

5-6 fresh mint leaves

#6 Orange, Strawberry, Mint 

Serves: 1

½ litre filtered water

½ orange, sliced

½ cup strawberries, sliced

¼ cup fresh mint

Method:

1. Place all the fruits in a clear mason jar.

2. Add all the water to the jar (or until the brim).

3. Seal the mason jar and place in the refrigerator for a night.
